I want to edit or modify my subscription. How do I do that?Updated 8 months ago

To swap a product or flavor

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Swap this for a different product option"
  5. Select which product you want to swap to and your desired quantity and frequency
  6. Click "Swap product" to save your changes
    *Note that changes may take up to 2 minutes to fully refresh on your account


To change your case quantity

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Update to your desired quantity
  5. Click "Save changes"
    *Note that changes may take up to 2 minutes to fully refresh on your account


To add a new product to your existing subscription

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Scroll down past your subscription and click "Add" on the product you'd like to add to your subscription.
  4. Select "One time only" for a one-time addition of this product or "As a subscription" to start a new subscription of this product
  5. Click "Add to order" to save your changes

To change your delivery schedule

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Select your preferred delivery schedule from the dropdown to adjust your desired frequency
  5. Click "Save changes"


To change the date of your next order

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Reschedule" button
  5. Select "Choose a specific date" and select the date for your next shipment
  6. Click "Save changes"


To skip your upcoming delivery

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
  4. Click the "Reschedule" button
  5. Select if you'd like to delay your shipment for 1 or 2 weeks
  6. Click "Save changes"


To place your order today

  1. Login to Soylent.ca
  2. Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
  3. Click "Send now" under your upcoming order details
  4. Confirm your order and payment by clicking "Send this order now"

*Note: This option creates a subscription order for immediate processing. Your normal subscription schedule or upcoming delivery date will be updated based on this. For example, if you have a 30-day subscription, your next order will process 30 days after you select "Send this order now", unless you make any updates.
