I want to edit or modify my subscription. How do I do that?Updated a year ago
To swap a product or flavor
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
- Click the "Swap this for a different product option"
- Select which product you want to swap to and your desired quantity and frequency
- Click "Swap product" to save your changes
*Note that changes may take up to 2 minutes to fully refresh on your account
To change your case quantity
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
- Update to your desired quantity
- Click "Save changes"

To add a new product to your existing subscription
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Scroll down past your subscription and click "Add" on the product you'd like to add to your subscription.
- Select "One time only" for a one-time addition of this product or "As a subscription" to start a new subscription of this product
- Click "Add to order" to save your changes
To change your delivery schedule
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
- Select your preferred delivery schedule from the dropdown to adjust your desired frequency
- Click "Save changes"
To change the date of your next order
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
- Click the "Reschedule" button
- Select "Choose a specific date" and select the date for your next shipment
- Click "Save changes"
To skip your upcoming delivery
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Select “Manage this subscription” underneath the subscription you wish to modify
- Click the "Reschedule" button
- Select if you'd like to delay your shipment for 1 or 2 weeks
- Click "Save changes"
To place your order today
- Login to Soylent.ca
- Click Manage Subscriptions from your account dashboard menu
- Click "Send now" under your upcoming order details
- Confirm your order and payment by clicking "Send this order now"
*Note: This option creates a subscription order for immediate processing. Your normal subscription schedule or upcoming delivery date will be updated based on this. For example, if you have a 30-day subscription, your next order will process 30 days after you select "Send this order now", unless you make any updates.
