Soylent contains a very small amount of the non-caloric sweetener Sucralose.

We use just enough to help mask the tart flavor of our vitamin mixes and also to provide a more cohesive taste and texture profile. This allows for a neutral but palatable base for our Original blends, and a good starting point for our flavored products. It also makes it easy to customize the flavor of your Soylent with fruits, berries, or other mixtures.

Sucralose is heat stable, has zero calories, and is a sweetener permitted for use by Health Canada.
